Junior Marketing Assistant – Event Sales Team

At Odessa Promotions, we’re growing our Event Sales Team in Glasgow and looking for confident, energetic people who want to kick-start a career in sales, marketing, and events. This is a face-to-face, target-driven sales role, where your performance directly impacts your earnings and progression.
No experience? No problem. We provide full training, coaching, and support from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be working at live event locations and high-footfall venues across Glasgow, including shopping centres, retail stores, sporting events, and promotional events, representing exciting brands and charity partners.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Engaging customers through face-to-face sales and brand promotions
- Delivering high-energy product demonstrations and presentations
- Hitting daily and weekly sales targets
- Driving sign-ups, sales, and donations
- Creating fun, memorable customer experiences
- Competing in team challenges and sales competitions
