Full job description

Job Summary

Avalon Pro work where others can’t reach. From Commercial Rope Access and Scaffolding to Façade, Fall Protection, Construction and Resin Flooring Systems, we deliver specialist solutions for the built environment. We are seeking a proactive Group Sales Executive to fuel our pipeline by identifying new commercial opportunities and maximizing the value of our existing client database across Central London and the surrounding areas.

Core Responsibilities

Map out new business opportunities across the construction, commercial and property management sectors.
Mine the existing client base to cross-sell group services, ensuring a client using scaffolding is introduced to our abseiling or construction capabilities.
Conduct initial discovery meetings to qualify client requirements, project timelines, and budgets.
Gather critical project data (such as site addresses, scopes of work, and access constraints) to build a comprehensive brief to be passed over to technical team
Seamlessly hand over qualified leads to the internal Estimating team for formal pricing and closing.
Attend industry networking events outside of core hours to expand the group's market presence and build professional relationships.
Re-engage dormant accounts and past clients to uncover upcoming maintenance or construction frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

License: Full, clean UK Driving Licence is mandatory.
Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively and spend a significant portion of the working week out on sites.
Experience: Ideal but not essential - lead generation, or field sales role, ideally within London construction, scaffolding, or industrial services.
Relationship Building: Proven track record of opening doors with main contractors, surveyors, site managers, or facilities managers.
Inquisitive Nature: Ability to ask targeted questions to uncover a client's broader project pipeline while on-site.
Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to effectively brief internal Estimators on client needs.
Tech Literacy: Adaptable and comfortable using modern, bespoke internal software systems.

Commission & Benefits

Quarterly Profit-Based Commission: Uncapped earning potential calculated each quarter, directly tied to the conversion rate of your passed leads and the net profit value generated from those closed deals.

Full internal training on our abseil, scaffolding, and construction service offerings.

Please note: This role will involve attending site and getting out onto the roof of Central London Buildings, if you do not like climbing ladders, or have a fear of heights, then unfortunately please refrain from applying as this will not be the role for you.

Pay: £28,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
