Job description

The key focus areas of the role and where you will spend the majority of your time are:

Working across all our brands: Peter’s Yard, Nakd, TREK, BEAR, Kiddylicious, Biscoff
Liaising with the team in Switzerland managing international orders
Arranging international collections with freight agents
Arranging export declarations / customs clearance documents
Requesting health certificates / certificates of origin as required
Processing export sales orders
Providing excellent customer service resolving all sales order queries and any issues, escalating when necessary to your line manager
Advising export account managers of customer shortages
Maintaining close relationships with the Inventory team and 3PL to ensure stock availability to fulfil sales orders and helping to achieve agreed service level targets.
Ensuring that orders are transmitted to 3PL or factories for despatch.
Monitoring and fixing SAP idoc errors on a daily basis.
Investigating and raising credit notes against customer claims.
Participating in weekly team meetings. Contributing ideas for profit improvement, cost reduction, system and process improvement.
Raising export documentation as necessary.
Any other duties, which might reasonably be requested in association with this role in order to meet the needs of the business.

Profile

Alongside living our TOP values, you will need:

Right-To-Work within the UK (without sponsorship)
Minimum Education to Bachelors Degree level
2 years FMCG experience, background in Supply Chain and Logistics, ideally gained within the food industry
Intermediate IT skills including Excel

Numerical reasoning
Analytical ability
Attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills, good communicator and pro-active
SAP experience would be advantageous
Maintaining a professional and constructive relationship with customers.

Desirable skills and experience with:

- Managing international orders
- Arranging international collections with freight agents
- Arranging export declarations / customs clearance documents
- Requesting health certificates / certificates of origin as required
