Full Time Qualified Practitioner
- Our normal contract is for 4 days a week (37 hours) - 8am to 6pm with 1 x 15 min break and half hour for lunch.
- Weekly Day off is flexible.
- £13.45 per hr from January 2026 (25,878.00)
- £15.45 per hr (for worked hours over 37hrs a week)
- Twice yearly bonus of £500 (May and November pro rata)

Why You?
You will be someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and who is enthusiastic about developing your practice. Ideally you will have a number of years experience.
You must be qualified with an HNC or SVQ3 in Childcare and Education or an equivalent qualification.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education to children in a nursery setting.
- Develop and implement engaging activities that promote early childhood learning and development.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive environment.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and organised nursery environment.
