Are you looking to work with a team of HR professionals that pull together, support one another, work to a high standard and still manage to have a laugh when the times get tough?
Are you looking to give HR advice directly to the business owner? Do you want to work closely with the decision maker? Are you sick of having meetings about meetings, or waiting for "management" to make a decision, and just fed up with not being able to be FULL HR?
Then this could be the job for you!
It isn't easy being a HR Consultant, especially in our neiche, but it is a great job for someone who is genuinely passionate about casework, can articulate choices and best practice without being patronising, and has the upmost respect for business owners and can see how hard they work - and match that commitment.
