We’re now looking for a Marketing Assistant who wants to get broad exposure to how different areas of digital marketing come together in a fast-paced agency environment.
Job summary
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to begin or broaden a career in marketing.
You’ll support across a variety of digital marketing activities including campaign support, content creation, research, reporting and general marketing tasks across multiple channels.
This role is ideal for someone who is interested in marketing and who wants hands-on experience across paid ads, SEO, content and social media.
Role and responsibilities
· Support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including paid advertising, SEO and social media.
· Assist with research tasks including competitors, audiences and market trends.
· Help prepare reports and gather performance data across campaigns.
· Support the creation of marketing content, including ad copy and website updates.
· Assist with website updates and basic content management tasks.
· Help monitor campaign performance and highlight key trends or issues.
· Stay up to date with platform changes, industry trends and new opportunities.
· Provide general administrative and marketing support to the team when required.
Essential skills
· Interest in marketing, advertising or digital media.
· Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
· Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
· High attention to detail.
· A willingness to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced environment.
· A proactive attitude and interest in how businesses grow online.
Desirable skills
· Some understanding of digital marketing (through study, work experience or personal projects).
· Basic knowledge of social media platforms or online advertising.
· Any marketing-related qualifications or coursework.
Qualifications
· GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
· Marketing, business, media or related studies are beneficial but not essential.
