Proctors Removals & Storage

Proctors are a well-established removals, storage company specialising in domestic and commercial moves across the UK and overseas.

We are currently looking for a reliable 3.5T van Driver/Porter (Category B Licence) to join our professional removals team on a permanent, full-time basis.

If you enjoy driving, working with a team, and a job that is different every day, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Driving 3.5T vehicles for household and commercial removals
Assisting the removals crew with packing, loading, and unloading
Export wrapping and protecting customer goods
Dismantling and reassembling furniture where required
Working on local and national moves
Delivering excellent customer service to clients
Handling specialist VIP Removal work

Every day is different, and you’ll be part of a friendly and supportive team.

Requirements

Category B Licence
Minimum 1 year driving experience
Clean licence or no more than 3 points
Right to live and work in the UK
No unspent criminal convictions

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

Friendly and confident with customers
Reliable and hardworking
Comfortable driving long distances
Able to work as part of a team
Physically fit and willing to assist with removals

(Removals experience is helpful but not essential – training will be provided.)
