We're looking for a Site Supervisor to join our East West Rail team in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a major infrastructure programme, working as part of a collaborative and supportive site team.
In this role, you'll support the General Foreman and Construction Manager to ensure site activities are carried out safely, efficiently and in line with all compliance requirements. You'll be at the heart of day-to-day operations, helping keep works running smoothly while maintaining high standards across the project.
Location: St Neots, Cambridgeshire – site based 5 days per week
Hours: Permanent Fulltime - 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
Salary: £42,000 - £54,000 per year + Company Van + benefits

What will you be responsible for?
As a Site Supervisor, you'll be working at the front line of operations, playing a key role in keeping works running smoothly on site. You'll coordinate operatives, subcontractors, plant and materials, making sure everything is in place to deliver daily activities safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Your day to day will include:
- Supervising operatives and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered to programme and specification
- Delivering daily briefings, toolbox talks, and ensuring all permits and risk assessments are in place
- Coordinating daily activities, managing site logistics including plant, labour, and materials
- Maintaining accurate site records and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements
- Leading and motivating site teams while promoting an inclusive working environment and supporting wellbeing initiatives
What are we looking for?
This Site Supervisor role would suit someone who brings:
- Valid SSSTS, First Aid at Work and Fire Warden certifications
- A strong understanding of health, safety and environmental standards, along with the confidence to apply them on site
- The ability to communicate clearly with operatives, managers and wider stakeholders
- A proactive approach to identifying risks, resolving issues and keeping works moving forward
- A genuine commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, supporting welfare and promoting workforce wellbeing
