The Opportunity:
As a Marketing Executive at EU Automation, you'll support the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on social media and content marketing. You'll create and manage project briefs, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and optimisation activities. The role also involves supporting paid and organic social media activity, stakeholder management, competitor research and bringing creative ideas to help drive engagement and business growth.
Responsibilities of this role will include:

Spearhead daily social media activity, including content creation, paid campaigns and organic roadmap.

Manage social media paid budgets across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube and Reddit.

Work closely with colleagues to regularly plan, execute and optimise social media content across multiple markets, languages and regions.

Monitor channel and campaign performance, assisting with reporting and providing data-driven insights where applicable.

Create and manage briefs, utilising workflow and task management software to maintain project progress and meet deadlines.

Support new customer engagement and sales enablement across various channels, including email marketing, social media, content production, direct mail and ABM.

Assist with marketing administration tasks such as translations, reporting, budget tracking and digital card management.

Own and optimise the translation process to support project and campaign work across web, email, social media and other relevant channels.

Manage and audit our merchandise inventory, spearheading direct mail opportunities across campaign and trader support.

Participate in creative ideation sessions, bringing fresh ideas and strategic recommendations to the wider team.

Manage relationships with key stakeholders including external partner agencies.

Conduct frequent competitor analysis and maintain knowledge of key marketing trends
What we are looking for

Marketing experience.

Degree in marketing or related field (preferred).

Proven experience managing paid social accounts.

Proven experience delivering organic social content across multiple platforms.

Exceptional time management and organisational skills, ensuring you and the teams meet tight deadlines efficiently.

Ambitious in developing skill sets within key marketing channels and disciplines.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
