- Calling out to Contact potential and existing customers to book in for their Photoshoot Experiences. Boudoir, Family and children shoots.
- Working to targets and demand
- Managing a staff diary and organising times and appointments.
- Taking inbound enquires.
- Replying to emails and messages.
Role: Part Time - Flexible - Bookings & Diary Co-Ordinator
This role is a vital part in our experiences at Shutter & Co. Photography Studios. Our Booking agents are responsible for the initial contact for all potential and existing customers looking to use our Photography Studios for their confidence boosting boudoir or children photoshoot experiences.
A very personable and chatty nature is a must for this role as we deal with ladies from all walks of life and most will be having an experience for personal reasons and an ability to deal with sensitive conversations will be an absolute must.
The Ideal Candidate will have:

- A chatty, bubbly friendly personality
- The Ability to adapt to speaking to the general public from all different backgrounds
- Be empathetic and understanding to each clients needs
- A Target driven mentality with the thirst to meet and exceed targets
- The ability to be self motivated and ensure each customer receives the same amazing level of service
- Computer literate
- Experience in a similar proven role speaking and selling to customers over the phone.
A successful track record in a Telesales or similar environment is essential. This is a primarily phone based role meaning the successful applicant will have the proven skill set.

Salary & Hours:
- Part-time 4-6 Hour per week on a weekly rota
- Overtime available at busy times of year
- Basic Salary with simple commission structure to boost earnings.
- Shifts will be mostly evenings
