Sandwell Park Golf Club is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Operations Manager to help drive the next phase of our growth.
This exciting leadership role combines operational management with a strong focus on sales, membership growth, revenue generation, customer experience and business development.
Key responsibilities include:
✅ Growing membership and visitor revenue
✅ Developing corporate golf days, events and hospitality income
✅ Building local business partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
✅ Leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer service
✅ Driving commercial performance across all areas of the club
