Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer – Electrical Bias
£50,000 – £55,000 + Overtime (at 1.5 and 2x pay)+ Excellent Benefits Package
Monday – Friday, 2 Shift: 06:00 – 14:00 & 14:00 – 22:00
Near Dorchester, Commutable From: Weymouth, Bridport, Beaminster, Maiden Newton & Lyme Regis

Are you a multiskilled or electrical maintenance engineer looking for an exciting new role working on a variety of cutting edge equipment at a state of the art site? Do you want to join a multisite, global group who are known for their excellent staff benefits, retention and their first-class training and development programs?

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a maintenance engineer to join the team at their modern facility near Dorchester. The successful applicant will have access to an excellent training program that will enable them to develop within the team and enhance their skillset. You will be servicing one of the groups main sites with the team (and alone once trained) and will be responsible for fault finding and repairing a variety of electrical & mechanical equipment. You will diagnose issues, order parts if needed, deal with preventive maintenance to enhance machine optimisation and carry out installation requirements. This is a rotating pattern offering excellent work/life balance and your weekends off.

With regular overtime available at increased rates to significantly increase your earnings, this is an excellent opportunity for an someone with an electrical or electro-mechanical skillset in the Dorchester area.
