£55,000 OTE

As the General Manager of The Chestnut Group,you will lead and inspire both the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver exceptional service,while ensuring smooth operations and meeting financial goals. If you’re passionate about guest experiences and have a proven track record in hospitality management,this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the FOH and BOH teams to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards.
Collaborate with the Head Chef and Assistant Manager to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Oversee the guest experience,ensuring all aspects of the restaurant/hotel are enjoyable.
Recruit,train,and develop a high-performing team.
Manage wet stock and cash,ensuring financial performance exceeds expectations.
Cultivate a positive,motivated work environment for all staff members.
Regularly report to the Operations Manager on progress and performance.
