Full job description

We are bringing Fairfax & Favor to Norwich City Centre for the first time! and are looking for enthusiastic Concession Assistants to help drive it's success.

Launching with the iconic Jarrold's Department Store from September 2026 to February 2027, this exciting new concession offers the chance to represent our brand in the heart of one of the UK's most vibrant and historic Cities. If you are looking to create memorable customer experiences and play a key role in this new chapter, keep reading!

What you will be doing:

Welcoming and serving customers to the concession on arrival in a courteous and professional manner.
Ensuring their product enquiries and needs are met, providing product and information as required right through to completing the purchase.
Ensuring the Concession space is always presentable, this will include cleaning, hoovering, polishing, and rearranging/replenishing product as necessary.
Ensuring the stock room is kept clean, free of obstructions and in a tidy manner to ensure the stock can be accessed easily and safely.
Ensuring all stock/product is looked after, repackaged and protected in the origonal box/packaging.
Reporting customer issues, complaints or problems to the Events Manager.
Assisting in the safe delivery and check-in of new stock and organising/placing stock into the stock room; upon request of the manager.
Delivering a personalised and thoughtful shopping experience to every customer, whether it's their first or millionth time in store!
Handling all and any customer information with care and discretion at all times in line with GDPR laws and regulations.

18+ years of age, with a passion for luxury retail - A strong work ethic and a genuine enthusiasm for the industry.
Dedicated and dependable - Fully committed to your responsibilities and role.
Organised and hands-on - Able to manage tasks efficiently and stay proactive.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment - Especially during busy festive periods and new in store launches.
Eager to learn - Motivated to build solid product and brand knowledge.
Customer service driven - Naturally delivers exceptional luxury service to every visitor, regardless of background.
Relationship builder - Skilled at creating meaningful connections with customers.

Further information:

Hours: Part-time Hours on a flexible rota spanning over Monday to Sunday.
