We specialise in assisting customers in arrears, offering understanding, practical solutions, and advice to help people move forward with confidence.
What you’ll be doing:
Handling inbound calls from customers requiring support and guidance
Providing tailored solutions with a focus on the best possible outcome
Delivering exceptional, compassionate customer service at every interaction
No experience in arrears? No problem.
While experience in a similar role is beneficial, it’s not essential. We offer fully paid training to equip you with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to succeed and grow within the role.
