Working Hours – Full-time, Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm (36.25 hours per week)
Salary – £26,000pa, plus commission with expected OTE of £29,000-£32,000

This role is based at our Great Yarmouth office and the purpose is two-fold:
1) Desk Based Account Management for our remotely supported business customers across mobile & fixed. You will be their named account manager and responsible for customer contact, upgrades/retention, and account development.
2) Customer Service for our business customer base involving pro-active customer services/support, customer queries, and issue resolution. Maintaining high standards of customer support and customer satisfaction.
What does the role involve?
The Customer Services & Retention role will support & contribute to sales operations, maintaining high standards of administration and delivering high quality customer service across the following responsibilities:
- Desk Based Account Management for an existing business customer base, responsible for customer liaison, upgrades/retention, and account development.
- Increasing product penetration and number of business customers with multiple products through Cedaro.
- Proactive customer services and identification of sales opportunities from this.
- Reactive customer services/issues/support. Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Liaising with networks/suppliers in respect to business customer issues.
- Ensure our business customer base is called for satisfaction and updating of new products and services, opening opportunities.
- Working with our retail stores to encourage business sales, weekly calls to promote Cedaro and business opportunities.
- Managing customer reviews and responding to both positive and negative reviews on behalf of the company.
- Involvement in social media and utilisation of this to promote the business and generate lead opportunities.
