Job Summary

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Factory Worker, where your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge will help keep production running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will be an essential part of the assembly process, operating various hand and power tools to create high-quality products. Your attention to detail and safety awareness will contribute to a productive, safe, and positive work environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop practical skills in a fast-paced factory setting while supporting the creation of top-tier goods.

Responsibilities

Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during assembly and manufacturing tasks
Assist in the assembly of components according to specified instructions and quality standards
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure safety and cleanliness
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure working environment for all team members
Support warehouse activities such as inventory management, material handling, and shipping preparation
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and improve workflow processes
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly to supervisors

Experience

Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly processes is advantageous
Experience using hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is highly desirable
Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work effectively within a team
Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a proactive attitude toward learning new skills

Pay: £2,118.33-£2,846.22 per month
