About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Microsoft 365 (SharePoint) Developer to join the Digital Department within Digital, Data and Technology.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
Developing, maintaining and supporting SharePoint-based intranet sites and Microsoft 365 solutions.
Creating and enhancing tools that improve internal processes, productivity and user experience.
Working with stakeholders to gather requirements, test solutions and continuously improve services.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a high-profile university intranet and gain valuable experience across a wide range of Microsoft 365 technologies in a large, complex organisation. You will be part of a supportive Web Services team, with the chance to see your work used by staff every day and to build skills that are highly transferable across digital and Microsoft 365-focused roles.

About You
As Microsoft 365 (SharePoint) Developer, you will have:
Hands on experience working with Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint Online
Confidence developing and supporting intranet sites and internal solutions
Good understanding of the basics of front-end web development, user experience and accessibility and be comfortable working with colleagues from across the organisation to turn requirements into practical solutions
Great organisational skills, proactive and able to manage own workload, with strong communication skills
A genuine interest in using digital tools to improve how people work
