About Us

Weatherseal Windows Ltd is a growing double glazing installation company based in Leicester, operating across Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire. We supply and install PVCu windows, doors, conservatories and roofline products to residential customers. We are a Certass registered installer and pride ourselves on quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Following a strong period of growth we are now looking for an experienced administrator to join us and play a key part in the continued development of the business.

The Role

This is a varied and responsible role that will be central to the smooth running of the business on a day-to-day basis. You will work primarily from home with occasional visits to our small office at 70 Boston Road, Leicester as required.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Updating our lead management and job management systems with accurate and timely information
Raising and sending customer invoices
Registering completed installations with Certass and QMP
Handling incoming customer and enquiry calls diverted to you during your working hours
Taking accurate messages and booking survey and installation appointments
Providing general administrative support to the director as required

About You

We are looking for someone with solid, proven experience in a business administration role who is confident working independently with minimal day-to-day supervision. You will be reliable, organised and take genuine pride in accuracy and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of ten years experience in business administration or a similar role
Confident written and verbal communication skills
Experience using CRM or job management systems
A professional and friendly telephone manner
The ability to manage their own time effectively and work to agreed schedules
Previous experience in a trades, construction or home improvement environment is an advantage although not essential

What We Offer

Flexible working hours across Monday to Thursday with genuine flexibility on timing
Primarily remote working from home with occasional office visits
A varied and interesting role with real responsibility from day one
A supportive and straightforward working relationship with the director
This is currently a part time self-employed engagement of 12 hours per week. As the business continues to grow there is a realistic prospect of this developing into a full time position for the right person. No guarantees are made but we would welcome someone who sees that as an opportunity worth working toward.
