Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Mail Services Manager to lead our mail and courier operations. In this vital role, you will oversee the efficient handling, processing, and distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail within our organization. Your leadership will ensure that our communication channels remain seamless, timely, and secure. This position offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate with multiple departments, optimize mail workflows, and enhance overall office efficiency through exceptional organizational skills and proactive management.

Duties

Manage daily mailroom operations, including sorting, processing, and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence
Supervise mailroom staff, providing training and support to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery
Coordinate with courier services, postal carriers, and internal departments to schedule pickups and deliveries
Maintain detailed records of all mail transactions using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
Ensure compliance with security protocols for sensitive or confidential materials
Oversee inventory of mailing supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to prevent disruptions
Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders in English and Turkish to facilitate smooth operations

Requirements

Proven experience in office administration or mailroom management with strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills in both English and Turkish
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and IT systems relevant to office management
Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude toward internal clients and external vendors
Strong administrative experience with attention to detail in record-keeping and reporting
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
Knowledge of postal regulations, courier services, and security procedures is preferred
