Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Internal Sales & Admin professional to join our team. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your administrative and sales skills within a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting sales activities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Strong communication, computer literacy, and organisational skills are essential to excel in this role.

Responsibilities

Manage sales administration tasks, including processing orders and updating customer records
Assist with customer enquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels
Prepare sales reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Support the sales team with administrative duties
Utilise IT tools effectively to streamline administrative processes
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication

Requirements

Proven experience in sales administration or administrative roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Good IT skills with the ability to adapt to new software quickly
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong time management skills with attention to detail
Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is desirable
Computer literacy and familiarity with sales processes are essential
