Overview

Join our team as an Admin/Accounts Assistant and become a vital part of our administrative operations. Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document organization to keep the office running seamlessly
Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes using Sage accounting software.
Support bookkeeping activities by reconciling invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records
Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing inquiries appropriately and providing excellent customer service
Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and maintaining office supplies
Input data accurately into various systems ensuring timely updates and record integrity

Skills

Proven office experience with strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with Sage Accounting System is required.
Excellent typing speed and data entry skills for efficient record management
Strong administrative experience with attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management best practices
Effective phone etiquette combined with clear communication skills to interact professionally with clients, suppliers and team members
