We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant who wants to build a career in performance marketing, not simply content creation in the colouring in department.

If you’re naturally analytical, enjoy solving problems, love understanding why people buy, and get excited by improving results through testing and optimisation, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll work alongside experienced marketers on real client campaigns, learning how professional lead generation works across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, CRM automation and conversion optimisation.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be involved in every stage of the marketing process, including:

Assisting with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and LinkedIn advertising campaigns
Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve results
Analysing data to understand what drives enquiries, leads and sales
Creating reports and presenting insights
Supporting landing page creation and conversion rate optimisation
Carrying out keyword and competitor research
Writing compelling advert copy and marketing content
Assisting with email marketing and CRM campaigns
Helping manage client projects and marketing activity
Testing new ideas, audiences and creative approaches
Using AI tools to improve productivity and campaign performance
Learning how to build marketing strategies that deliver commercial results

What we’re looking for

You don’t need years of experience, but you do need the right mindset.

You’ll probably be someone who:

Enjoys analysing numbers as much as coming up with ideas
Is naturally curious and always wants to understand why something worked (or didn’t)
Likes solving problems
Pays attention to detail
Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Has excellent written English
Is comfortable using spreadsheets and digital tools
Wants to continuously learn and improve
Can think commercially as well as creatively

Bonus points if you have any experience with

Google Ads
Meta Ads
Google Analytics (GA4)
Google Tag Manager
Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Photoshop
WordPress
HubSpot or Salesforce
AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
SEO
Copywriting
