Key Responsibilities:

Support the reactive estimating team by preparing accurate and timely cost estimates for reactive maintenance and repair works.

Assist in reviewing project specifications, drawings, and scopes of work.

Conduct quantity take-offs and price analysis for materials, labor, and equipment.

Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.

Maintain and update estimation databases and records.

Work closely with senior estimators and project managers to understand project requirements and budgets.
Requirements

Some experience or background in estimating, preferably within the mechanical, plumbing, or drainage industry.

Basic understanding of construction or maintenance processes.

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn estimation software.
