Company Description

Southern Tyreco limited-T/A Setyres are a family run company and have been established for over sixty years. We are predominately based in the South East of England and have a variety of wholesale, retail and commercial depots throughout the region.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Wholesale Manager at Setyres located in Tunbridge Wells. As a Wholesale Manager will be responsible for managing all wholesale operations, coordinating with suppliers, overseeing inventory management, and maintaining client relationships and sales to other garages.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a wholesale or sales management role
Tyre knowledge is essential for this role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
Experience managing and analysing inventory levels
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales strategies
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all wholesale operations

Experience

Due to the nature of the role and the responsibilities involved, Previous experience in a sales role within the tyre trade is a necessity. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
