ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a brilliant role for someone who loves consumer brands, gets excited by ecommerce, and wants to make a tangible commercial impact for the clients they work with.
You’ll work across a broad account list of ambitious brands, supporting the delivery of strategy and executing key growth tactics. Day-to-day, you’ll be helping support across paid media channels, retention platforms (Klaviyo, Recharge, Skio), SEO, and AEO – working closely with our channel specialists and learning directly from our own Head of Growth. You’ll help contribute to client meetings, identify opportunities across the funnel with our senior leads, and make things happen — with the full support of the broader growth team.
This role reports directly to the Head of Growth, and you’ll be working alongside a Paid Media Specialists and two Retention Specialists. You’ll also have exposure to the original founders who are involved across most client accounts and the other agency teams, Account Management, Design and Build.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Growth Strategy
- Support the Head of Growth to help map full-funnel customer journeys for your clients — identifying friction points and prioritising the highest-impact interventions across acquisition, conversion and retention
- Contribute to channel mix recommendations, understanding how paid, organic and owned channels work together to drive efficient growth
- Support clients in understanding and tracking their key metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER and contribution margin
- Use Shopify, GA4, Hotjar, Clarity and other platforms to analyse data and surface clear recommendations
- Feed into monthly and quarterly planning cycles, helping clients set realistic but ambitious targets grounded in data
Practical Delivery
- Support the Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snap and Pinterest
- Write paid media asset briefs for the Tribe design team based on what’s actually driving results
- Introduce new ad concepts and test ideas into your clients’ account setups
- Support the delivery of SEO and AEO audits, identifying visibility opportunities in both traditional search and AI-generated results
- Pull and interpret data from Looker Studio, Shopify Analytics, Klaviyo and GA4 — turning metrics into clear, actionable insights
- Support CRO reporting, translating behavioural data into practical recommendations clients can act on
- Own and evolve client dashboards in Looker Studio: accurate, relevant, and telling a clear story rather than just presenting numbers
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience and Skills
- 2+ years in a marketing and/or growth role – this role is intentionally broad and is a learning opportunity for someone with strong numeracy and analytic skills
- Agency experience preferred but not essential — it’s more important that you can work quickly and proactively across a broad range of tasks. There will be a lot of context switching.
- Hands-on Shopify experience is a strong advantage — you can navigate the platform and talk about it confidently with clients. Training will be provided with Shopify accredited exams.
- You will need strong written and verbal communication skills and surfacing key info to the wider team
- Strong written communication: briefs, reports, Slack messages and client emails
- You’ll enjoy working in a pacy environment with lots of innovation and ambition

- Keen to learn and progress. This is a junior role and you’ll be surrounded by those with 10-15yrs experience who are keen to share how to get great results for clients. Tech is also changing rapidly so you’ll need to be curious in adopting new AI tools and processes.
