We're looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Chesterfield on a 4 on 4 off basis. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you'll play a vital part in ensuring our operation runs smoothly, helping deliver the products our customers rely on every day.

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you'll be responsible for keeping our operation running efficiently and ensuring stock is managed accurately throughout the warehouse.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with customers regarding daily orders and operational queries
- Checking inbound stock deliveries from suppliers
- Creating pre-advice documentation and stock reports
- Completing traceability checks and stock audits
- Coordinating warehouse activities including picking and decant operations
- Allocating work across the team to ensure productivity targets are achieved
- Monitoring stock rotation to ensure correct product selection
- Providing clear shift handovers to maintain operational continuity
- Supporting safe working practices and promoting a positive team culture
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting colleagues
- Can confidently prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Has strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Understands the importance of health and safety compliance
- Builds positive working relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers
- Previous warehouse administration, coordination or supervisory experience would be advantageous
