Location: Elevate Medical & Aesthetic Clinic, Cardiff
Job Description:
Are you passionate about beauty, wellness, and providing excellent customer service? Join our dynamic team at Elevate Medical and Aesthetic Clinic, a leading aesthetic clinic dedicated to helping clients feel confident and look their best.
We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Patient Co-ordinator to join us on a full-time or part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide administrative support to ensure efficient clinical and admin operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and client enquiries, both in person, email and over the phone.
- Organise practitioner diaries
- Provide information about our services, treatments, and products.
- Ensure a clean, organised, and relaxing front-of-house environment.
- Process payments and assist with basic administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with clinicians and other staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Generate weekly service reports.
- Generate weekly key performance indicators and report back to Directors.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Interest or experience in beauty, aesthetics, or wellness.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
