We’re a friendly, family-run Preschool & Out of School Club looking for either a qualified childcare professional or someone wishing to complete their level 3 apprenticeship to join our amazing team.
We already work with realise, who are a training provider for your level 3 qualification, if you wish to apply for a level 3 you must have experience of working within a childcare setting previously
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified in childcare
- Wishing to do level 3 apprenticeship
- Brilliant with children aged 2-11 years
- Positive, caring and enthusiastic
- Ready to grow and develop within the role
- Have a wealth of activities and teaching opportunities to offer
This is an exciting opportunity to be joining a family run business. We have 4 childcare settings, with 17 staff of various ages
We have fantastic teams and looking to bring in a new member of staff to our preschool & out of school care setting
You will need to be on the DBS update system, if you do not have first aid training this can be arranged for you
All training will be arranged for you, as a company will support you all the way
30 hours per week over 4 days
Between the hours of 7:30am - 6:30pm
Will be given fixed shifts once your probation period ends
Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Duties
- Plan, organise, and supervise engaging activities tailored to children's developmental stages
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Foster a warm, inclusive environment that encourages learning and socialisation
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns
- Manage daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and play periods
- Assist in organising educational resources and maintaining a clean, organised setting
Experience
- Proven experience working with children in a nursery or early childhood education setting
- Knowledge of child development milestones and appropriate educational activities
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
