HFIS is looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing Marketing Team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities while studying towards a Level 3 Digital Marketing & AI Executive Apprenticeship qualification.
Working alongside experienced marketing professionals, you'll develop practical skills in content creation, social media, email marketing, website management, campaign delivery, analytics and emerging AI tools, building a strong foundation for a successful marketing career.
Some of the things you'll get up to:
As our Apprentice Digital Marketing Assistant, you'll support the planning, delivery and reporting of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Your responsibilities will include:
· Assisting with marketing campaigns across email, social media, websites and other digital channels
· Creating, editing and publishing content for websites, newsletters and social media
· Supporting website updates and content management activities
· Assisting with email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation and reporting
· Monitoring social media activity and engagement
· Helping collect and analyse marketing performance data
· Conducting competitor, market and customer research
· Supporting events, webinars and partnership activities
· Maintaining marketing resources, content calendars and campaign trackers
· Learning how AI and emerging technologies can enhance marketing activities
· Working closely with teammates across the business to support marketing objectives
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and develop a career in marketing.
You'll ideally have:
· A genuine interest in marketing, digital media and communications
· Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail
· Good organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively
· Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
· The confidence to ask questions and seek feedback
· An interest in understanding customer behaviour and digital trends
· The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Previous marketing experience is not required. We are looking for potential, enthusiasm and a commitment to learning.
