Mid-weight Brand & Product Designer (3+ Years Experience)

Location: Royston, Hertfordshire, UK
Salary: £32k–£45k (depending on experience)
Type: Full-time, In-house / Hybrid Minimum 2 Office Days Per Week

Treaclemoon is a playful, creative bath & body brand known for bright, joyful products that make every day routines feel fun and indulgent.

This role will initially focus on Treaclemoon, with the opportunity to work across additional brands within the wider portfolio over time offering variety, creative breadth, and progression.

The Role

We’re looking for a mid-weight designer with at least 3 years’ experience to take a key role in shaping how our brands present across product, retail, and marketing channels.

This is a hands-on design role, working with our head designer covering everything from artwork creation and packaging design to POS and campaign creative. You’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to final production, ensuring all outputs are visually consistent, production-ready, and aligned to brand.

You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and external suppliers to deliver high-quality creative across both digital and physical touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Product, Packaging & Artwork Creation

Create and develop finished artwork for product packaging, labels, and cartons
Create and adapt artwork for different product lines and formats
Prepare print-ready files in line with production specifications
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality control across all artwork
Work with suppliers and printers to ensure correct execution

POS & Retail Design

Design in-store POS materials (FSDUs, shelf-ready packaging, displays, promotional assets)
Create artwork adaptations for multiple retail environments
Ensure all POS artwork is production-ready and correctly specified

Marketing & Campaign Creative

Design assets for integrated campaigns (digital, social, print, email)
Support product launches with cohesive visual creative
Translate campaign ideas into strong, on-brand executions

Brand & Creative Development

Maintain and evolve brand identity across all touchpoints
Contribute ideas for campaigns, seasonal moments, and new product ranges
Ensure visual consistency across product, marketing, and retail output

Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a design role (brand, packaging, or marketing)
Strong portfolio showing artwork creation, packaging, POS, and campaign work
Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign essential)
Strong understanding of print production, artwork setup, and file preparation
Confident producing accurate, production-ready artwork at scale
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Ideally a degree in packaging, graphic design or related qualification

Bonus (Nice to Have)

Experience in FMCG, beauty, or consumer goods brands
Exposure to retail production workflows and supplier management
Basic motion or digital content skills
Experience working across multiple brands or SKUs
Adobe dimensions experience
