Job Overview

We are looking for an organised and professional Insurance, Claims & Safeguarding Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the administration of insurance, claims, incidents and safeguarding across our passenger transport operations, including home-to-school and SEND transport services.

Duties

Manage insurance records, claims and incident documentation.
Liaise with insurers, brokers and internal teams to progress claims.
Gather evidence including statements, photographs, CCTV and reports.
Maintain accurate records and assist with policy renewals.
Support safeguarding processes, investigations and record keeping.
Act as a point of contact for safeguarding concerns and liaise with local authorities and other agencies where required.
Assist with compliance monitoring, including DBS, training and safeguarding records.
Prepare reports and provide general administrative support to senior management.
Ensure all records are handled confidentially and in line with data protection requirements.

About You

Previous administration experience is essential. Experience in insurance, claims, transport, compliance or safeguarding is desirable but not essential.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Confident using Microsoft Office and electronic record systems.
Professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information.
