As our Lecturer in Aeronautical Engineering, you will:

Share your experience and skills with the next generation of aeronautical engineers, by undertaking teaching activities and ensuring a high-quality provision.
Be enthusiastic, self-motivated and committed to supporting learners to achieve their full potential.
Ensure that student needs are met in a responsive way, in line with the concept of inclusive learning.
Enjoy working as part of a supportive and innovative team.

Situated on a working airport, you'll have the opportunity to engage directly with industry partners and help create meaningful employer-led experiences that bring learning to life.
Our Shoreham team is known for its collaborative spirit, creativity, and commitment to delivering an exceptional learner experience.
Our specialist aeronautical facilities include an impressive aircraft hangar, a range of aircraft, and industry-standard equipment that support the delivery of the Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering.
We are proud of our strong partnership with British Airways, helping to develop the aircraft technicians and engineers of the future through industry-relevant training and experiences.

What you will bring to the role:

Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in Aeronautical Engineering or be able to demonstrate substantial industry experience.
Be CAA approved or able to evidence equivalent professional competence.
Have English and maths skills at Level 3 or above.
