Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telemarketer to join our team in Dunfermline. This role is vital in expanding our customer base and promoting our diverse range of cleaning services. As a Telemarketer, you will play a key role in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional cleaning solutions.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our cleaning services including carpet cleaning, leather & fabric suite cleaning, rug cleaning, SkyVac gutter cleaning service, pressure washing, sealing & restoration.
Identify customer needs and present suitable service options.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within CRM systems.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with Cleaning Technicians
Achieve daily and weekly call targets to support business growth.
Provide excellent customer service and answer client inquiries professionally

Qualifications

Proven experience in telemarketing or B2B sales is preferred
Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the cleaning industry is advantageous but not essential.

Monday to Friday

9.15am - 11.30am

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £127.10 per week

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week

4 week rolling contract
