Training: From your first day you will embark on our extensive training programme. You will quickly be introduced to Development through in-person and virtual classroom sessions, online training, and various workshops. You will be assigned a buddy who is dedicated to your learning and, alongside your manager and the Academy Team, will assist you with any questions you may have.
Consultative Work: You’ll foster strong, professional relationships with your stakeholders, keeping in regular contact with them through a variety of mediums, whether this is through consistent email communication, weekly phone calls or sometimes regular face-to-face meetings. You will utilise your skills to understand your stakeholder’s goals and objectives.
Tools and Platforms: As a Development Junior Associate, you will need to become extremely familiar and confident working with numerous internal platforms built by our teams, alongside using external platforms and tools such as GitHub and BrowserStack. Through our training programme, you will also have the opportunity to take several courses to improve and enhance your skills on a variety of other platforms.
