About the Role
We're looking for a strategic and inspirational leader to join our IS Leadership Team as Head of Intelligence. This is a high-impact role that will play a key part in shaping the future direction of the organisation, driving transformation, and ensuring we make smarter, more informed decisions across the business.
The role sits at the heart of organisational change, leadership, innovation and the future adoption of AI across the organisation. While the role leads our Intelligence, Analytics and AI function, this is not a role that requires deep expertise in data science or analytics. We're looking for a leader first and foremost, someone who can set a vision, influence at executive level, build high-performing teams, and create the conditions for others to succeed.
You'll work closely with senior leaders to shape strategy, lead through change, and ensure technology, insight and innovation are aligned to organisational goals. A key part of the role will be helping to define and influence how AI is adopted across the business, identifying opportunities to create value, improve services and increase efficiency, while ensuring its use remains responsible, ethical and aligned to our values.

About You
We are looking for a credible and influential senior leader who thrives in complex environments and enjoys delivering change through people. You may have built your career in technology, digital, engineering, architecture, intelligence, systems or another technical discipline, but you don't need to come from a traditional data, analytics or AI background.

Has a proven track record of leading technical and multidisciplinary teams.
Is comfortable operating as part of a senior leadership team and influencing strategic direction.
Has successfully led organisational, cultural or technology change.
Can build strong relationships and bring people together around a common vision.

Is passionate about developing people, creating inclusive environments and empowering teams to perform at their best.
Most importantly, you'll be a leader who can see the bigger picture and someone who can help shape the organisation's future, guide its approach to emerging technologies, and ensure AI becomes a meaningful enabler of business success rather than simply a technology initiative.
