About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our friendly and fast-paced HR team. Reporting to the HR Business Partner – Recruitment & Reward, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in HR.
In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive HR support across the Group, ensuring safer recruitment processes are completed accurately and efficiently. You’ll also gain valuable exposure to a wide range of HR functions, including:
- Supporting first-stage sickness absence review meetings
- Attending formal meetings and taking accurate notes
- Advising on basic HR policies and procedures
- Assisting with onboarding and induction processes
- Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Schedule
This role is a 14.5 hour per week position based at Stockton Riverside College, with some travel between Group sites.
We are looking for someone to ideally work 2 days per week but open to flexibility
