About the Role
At Homeware Essentials, we're looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and motivated Warehouse Operations Team Member to join our growing warehouse team.
Whilst the core responsibility of this role is picking and packing customer orders, we're looking for someone who wants to become a valued member of our warehouse operation. This is much more than a standard warehouse role – we're looking for someone with the right attitude who is keen to learn, develop new skills and grow with the business.
We're far more interested in reliability, attention to detail and a willingness to learn than simply previous warehouse experience.

Your Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Accurately picking customer orders.
- Packing customer orders safely and securely.
- Working efficiently to meet daily order volumes whilst maintaining excellent accuracy.
- Helping to keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
- Following company procedures and maintaining high standards throughout your work.

- Stock counts and inventory accuracy checks.

- Supporting the introduction of new warehouse systems and technology.
- Forklift training for the right candidate.
- Progression into supervisory responsibilities as the business continues to grow.
