Full job description

We are seeking an organised and proactive Water Hygiene Admin Support and Scheduler, providing critical support to ensure the efficient delivery of field-based services.

This is a key coordination role within our central administration team, responsible for scheduling site works, supporting engineers, and maintaining accurate records in a compliance-driven environment.

The role

You will play a central role in planning and managing day-to-day service delivery, ensuring works are scheduled effectively and completed in line with client and contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

Scheduling and diarising water hygiene site works
Liaising with client sites to arrange access and confirm appointments
Coordinating engineers’ workloads to maximise efficiency
Acting as a key point of communication between engineers and operations teams
Monitoring job progress and ensuring alignment with planned programmes
Filing results and maintaining accurate records to support compliance requirements
Any other administrative duties as deemed appropriate

About you

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and confident in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

You will ideally have:

Strong administrative and scheduling experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A high level of organisation and attention to detail
The ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments
Competence in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
Experience in a compliance-led or service environment (desirable)
