Due to continued growth and organic expansion, we’re now looking for a creative individual to join our team and help us grow our presence across the Staffordshire area.
This role will be predominantly based in this area with occasional travel (up to around 1 hour’s drive).
This is a unique, flexible role that can work around your availability.
The Role
You’ll be working as part of our creative team, capturing high-quality photo and video content for property marketing. You’ll work closely with the Director to ensure every project meets our high standards.
Please note: all photography will be edited in-house by Square Box Media.
You may be asked to assist with video editing and creative concepts, but image editing and delivery will be handled internally to maintain consistent quality and brand style. However final edits will need to be managed by yourself.
1-to-1 mentoring and support will be provided, making this a great opportunity to grow your skills and portfolio while working on real client projects.
You will be responsible for creating:
- Cinematic property videos and social media content
- HDR photography capture
- Other visual content as required
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a good rapport with clients
- Use professional photography and videography equipment
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Perform well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Communicate clearly with clients and the internal team
- Take creative direction and feedback constructively
Requirements (Ideal Candidate)
- Confident using professional camera equipment
- Basic competence in photo/video editing software (training provided where needed)
- Reliable, organised and professional
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (preferred)
- Based in or able to commute across Staffordshire and surrounding areas.
