The Role

As a Field Sales Consultant in our Wood Division, you’ll manage your own territory, build strong customer relationships, and promote our extensive, industry-leading product range. You’ll work across market sectors including:

Joinery & Carpentry
Double glazing companies
Hospitality (Hotels & Shopfitters)

You’ll be fully supported with comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and a team that wants you to succeed. This is a fast-paced, results-driven role where your effort directly impacts your earnings and career progression.

What You’ll Be Doing

Developing new business opportunities and growing your territory
Managing and nurturing existing customer relationships
Delivering excellent customer service, including after-sales follow-up
Using sales systems to track performance and activity
Overcoming objections and consistently achieving — or exceeding — targets

What We’re Looking For

A self-motivated, target-driven individual who thrives working independently
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, resilient attitude with a passion for sales
Confidence to think on your feet and adapt to customer needs
Willingness to learn — full product training is provided
Experience meeting or exceeding sales targets
Full UK driving licence

£24,000 basic salary with minimum guaranteed earnings of £27,300 with OTE of £34,896
Uncapped commission on all sales
