Are you passionate about film, theatre and inspiring young people? We're looking for two enthusiastic and creative Teaching Assistants to join our incredible team from September!
This is an amazing opportunity for a recent graduate, aspiring teacher, performer, filmmaker or creative practitioner looking to gain hands-on experience in a fun, supportive and professional environment.
We are recruiting for:
- Film & TV Teaching Assistant
- Theatre & Performance Teaching Assistant
Your Role
As part of our team, you will:
- Support teachers in delivering exciting Film & TV or Theatre classes for young people aged 6–18.
- Help create, develop and rehearse large-scale productions and performances.
- Assist with filmmaking projects from planning through to filming and editing.
- Work with smaller groups and individual students to build confidence and develop their skills.
- Cover teaching sessions when required.
- Contribute creative ideas for classes, productions, scripts and performances.
- Be an enthusiastic, positive role model for our students.
- Work as part of an experienced and supportive creative team.
Exciting Opportunities

You'll have the opportunity to help produce:
- Original short films for red carpet cinema premieres.
- Entries for regional and national film festivals.
- Musical theatre productions and showcases.
- Exciting performance opportunities in venues including the West End and the Lyceum Theatre.

Previous teaching experience is helpful but not essential. We are looking for people with enthusiasm, creativity and a willingness to learn.
