The Concept
Opening soon in the heart of Mere, The Cheshire Outpost is a new kind of fashion and cultural space designed to blur the lines between retail, culture, creative community, and social experience.
Built around sustainability, individuality, and self-expression, our concept brings together vintage fashion, Influencer & celeb re-sale, reworked pieces, and independent designers within a curated environment designed to inspire play and connection.
This is not traditional retail.
It’s a space built around community, culture and experience.
By day, expect carefully curated fashion collections, Community meet ups, great coffee, and an environment that feels both elevated and welcoming. As the energy shifts into the evening, the space evolves through music-led moments, intimate socials, creative events, bring back the feeling of playing dress up. Being present in offline setting.
Every detail matters, from the styling and merchandising to the soundtrack, interiors, and people inside the space.

And we’re looking for someone to lead the showroom from the ground up.
The Role
We’re looking for a creatively driven Showroom Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of Curated By.. and help shape the customer experience, visual identity, and overall energy of the space.
This role is for someone who sees fashion as more than just retail. Someone who genuinely understands culture, styling, atmosphere, and community, and knows how to create an environment people want to return to.
You’ll be responsible for leading the showroom experience, managing visual presentation, supporting sales performance, and helping establish The Curated By.. as one of the most exciting new creative destinations.
Whether your background is in fashion retail, luxury, vintage, or creative spaces, what matters most is your mindset, creativity, leadership, and passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations and overall presentation of the showroom
- Heading up unmatched customer service standards with a personal shopper element
- Creating a welcoming, elevated customer experience that reflects the brand vision
- Leading visual merchandising, styling, and showroom curation
- Managing stock flow, consignment pieces, and showroom organisation
- Supporting sales performance to meet targets set by seniors
- Helping plan and support events, music-led evenings, and community activations
- Leading and motivating the wider showroom team
- Contributing ideas for creative direction, brand growth, and customer engagement
- Maintaining the atmosphere, energy, and culture of the space
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience within fashion retail, showroom management, luxury, or creative hospitality environments (Online or Offline)
- Has a genuine passion for fashion, creativity, and culture
- Understands styling, visual merchandising, and customer experience
- Is confident leading a team and taking ownership of a space
- Thrives in fast-paced, social, and creatively driven environments
- Brings positive energy, initiative, and strong communication skills
- Has an eye for detail and a naturally elevated aesthetic
- Wants to grow alongside a new and evolving concept
