Coordinate training that runs like clockwork and deliver customer service that our clients rave about.
We're a fast‑growing training agency, best known for health & safety and increasingly trusted by our clients for much more. We're looking for a Customer Training Coordinator who takes real pride in getting the details right, looking after clients brilliantly, and keeping every booking running smoothly from first enquiry to certificate.
Who We Are
BOHSA is a training agency built on a simple promise: go above and beyond for every client and training partner. We made our name in health & safety, and these days our clients come to us for more and more - so we're branching out to meet them!
Service is what we're known for. We're in a period of real growth, and we're also modernising how we work, including using AI tools to take the repetitive tasks off our plates so we can spend more time on our clients. You don't need a technical background; just an openness to working with those tools as part of the job.
The Role
This role is the engine room of our training delivery. Day to day, you'll research and build quotes, liaise with our trainers to confirm the right course, gather the correct details and requirements, and process bookings accurately - making sure every client gets exactly what they need, when they need it. You'll be the calm, organised point of contact who keeps everything on track.
Alongside the coordination, you'll deliver the warm, responsive customer service we're known for - by phone and email - and, where it helps, use our AI tools to work faster and smarter. It's a busy, varied role for someone who loves juggling several things at once and gets satisfaction from a job done properly.
What You'll Do
- Research and create quotes to give clients the best options
- Liaise with trainers to confirm the right course, and gather the correct details and requirements for each booking
- Create, amend and process bookings, making sure every detail is correct
- Follow up with clients to gather and confirm course requirements
- Make sure clients receive clear joining instructions before every course
- Manage the training matrix for seamless coordination
- Issue and securely handle certifications
- Process invoices and purchase orders accurately and on time
- Handle morning calls, course updates and day‑to‑day admin promptly
- Support clients by phone and email with genuine care and sound judgement
- Use our AI tools to streamline the routine parts of the role where they help
Is This You?
- Thrives in a busy environment — you can juggle several jobs at once, switch between tasks and pick straight back up where you left off
- Detail‑obsessed and organised — accuracy matters in our world and you take pride in getting the small things exactly right
- Great with people — warm, clear and calm on the phone and over email, with clients and trainers alike
- A natural coordinator — you like keeping things moving, chasing the missing detail and making sure nothing slips
- Comfortable with change — you thrive in a fast‑paced, growing environment
- Full of initiative — you spot a better way of doing something and make it happen, and you're happy to use AI tools to help
- Keen to grow — you want a career, not just a job, and a front‑row seat as the company expands
Some administrative or coordination experience is a bonus, but your attitude and reliability matter just as much.
