Are you highly organised, fast-moving, and ready to be the backbone of a busy, growing business? We are looking for a driven General Administrator to join our friendly team as soon as possible.

The role

This is a hands-on, varied administration role where no two days are the same. You will manage orders, coordinate deliveries, support senior management, handle customer communications, assist our accounts department in Xero, manage multiple inboxes, and help keep the whole operation ticking. You will also get hands-on with HubSpot CRM and our Shopify website.

Comfortable with technology — at ease picking up new software and confident working across multiple systems as part of your everyday routine

Naturally curious and intuitive with a genuine willingness to grow and develop
Detail-driven — someone who takes pride in getting things right
Confident and willing to throw yourself into the role from day one
