The Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover). This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the day-to-day delivery of HR operations across the full employee lifecycle. This position would suit someone with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Previous HR experience is helpful but not essential we are happy to provide training for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Coordination
- Manage and process weekly timesheets
- Support new starter processes, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Coordinate exit interviews and maintain accurate records
- Maintain employee data across HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Payroll & Benefits Support
- Assist with weekly payroll preparation, ensuring data is accurate and submitted on time
- Administer employee bonuses and maintain supporting documentation
- Support pension processes and updates
- Coordinate benefits administration, including schemes such as Health Shield
HR Reporting & Coordination
- Produce and maintain weekly and monthly HR reports (e.g. manpower updates, Bradford Factor)
- Arrange and coordinate quarterly business review (QBR) meetings, including scheduling and preparation
- Ensure HR data is up to date and accurate
Recruitment & Workforce Support
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including:
- Posting job adverts
- Shortlisting candidates
- Coordinating interviews
- Conducting interviews
- Liaise with hiring managers to support recruitment decisions
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment tracking
Time & Attendance Systems
- Manage and maintain time and attendance systems
- Ensure accuracy of attendance data for payroll and reporting purposes
- Resolve queries relating to hours, absence, and any other anomalies
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
