The opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Fabricator Welder to join our manufacturing team in Fordoun. You’ll carry out a range of welding and fabrication tasks in line with company procedures, producing high‑quality work with a strong focus on safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and work from engineering drawings
- Weld in accordance with company Weld Procedures and industry standards
- Fabricate to close tolerances
- Produce consistently high‑quality work within agreed timeframes
- Complete all required documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Proactively adhere to all Health & Safety requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Time‑served fabricator/welder
- ASME IX Certified Flux Core/MIG Welders – Structural Steel & Subsea Fabrication
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable, self‑motivated, safety‑focused
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Competent in fabrication to close tolerances
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of welding to industry standards
