Workshop Labourer - Full Time

Company: Gall’s
Availability: IMMEDIATE START REQUIRED
Environment: Combined indoor (manufacturing cell) and outdoor (yard) work

Core Requirements

Physical Fitness: Physically fit and capable of handling intensive manual tasks indoors and outdoors.
HSE Conscious: Strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental expectations to maintain zero-harm operations.
Communication: Strong teamwork skills to coordinate priorities across departments.

Role Overview

Ensure the efficient running of the workshop, maintaining a safe, clean environment while coordinating with supervisors to guarantee all customer jobs are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Material Handling: Load/unload vehicles and manage the receipt of incoming goods.
Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and trip-free facility (workshop floor and outside yard).
Packing & Dispatch: Securely package customer orders and prepare all necessary dispatch paperwork to prevent shipping delays.
Production Support: Collaborate with the Lead Inspector and Workshop Supervisor to track and execute daily production priorities.

Pay: From £14.00 per hour
