Monday to Thursday- 7am to 7pm

What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are the same, but the tasks below offer a glimpse of what to expect. If you don’t meet every point but believe you have the skills to succeed, we encourage you to apply.

Manage the main Management Office desk, acting as the first point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors.
Receive, sort and distribute post and parcels, maintaining accurate records and managing “signed for” items in line with procedures.
Report and liaise with the Centrick Estate Management team on all concerns, complaints and site issues.
Carry out routine building patrols and inspections, ensuring communal areas are clean, safe and compliant, with accurate records maintained.
Monitor CCTV systems and provide recordings to management or police when required.
Control and account for all keys and access devices in accordance with procedures.
Support contractor visits, bookings and on-site access, working closely with the onsite maintenance team.
Maintain up-to-date resident contact information and ensure internal systems and portals are kept current.
Take meter readings as requested.
Adhere to all site-specific procedures, checklists and Health & Safety regulations at all times.
Provide a professional, helpful and knowledgeable service, seeking guidance when required.

What You Need to Succeed

Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable manner
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Good problem-solving skills and sound judgement
High level of attention to detail and accuracy (e.g. record keeping, key control, parcel logs)
Ability to remain calm and professional when handling complaints or incidents
Confident using CCTV systems and basic IT systems (email, portals, spreadsheets)
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
Good understanding of Health & Safety responsibilities
