Responsibilities
- Provide expert hair services to clients, ensuring high-quality results tailored to their preferences.
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, creating a positive experience that encourages client loyalty.
- Mentor and support junior stylists by sharing techniques, offering constructive feedback, and fostering professional growth within the team.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client consultations, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
- Upsell retail products and additional services in a friendly manner to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation standards, and organization of workstations in compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with management on store operations, inventory management, and promotional events to drive business success.
